TV programs could be improved following these simple rules:

1. All TV shows should be live.
2. All TV shows should feature call-in commentary.
3. Howard Stern's genitals should be mentioned and/or referenced at least once in any 2-hour period of time during regular programming. And at least twice during State of the Union speeches and/or breaking news stories.
